Pricing questions, answered
- When will my maintenance team see results?
- Most teams hit measurable PM compliance gains in 8 to 12 weeks, once technician adoption and the route schedule are dialled in. Predictive asset-health benefits take 6 months of meter and work-order data to calibrate per asset class. The first month is mostly migration and roster setup; expect the curve to bend in month 3.
- Can we negotiate a multi-year discount?
- Yes. Prepay 3+ years and we discount 15%. We do not chase prestige logos with deep first-year discounts that we can't make up later. The price you see is the price the platform delivers value at.
- Do you charge for read-only or part-time users?
- Approval routers, viewers, and rare-use admins ride on a discounted seat-band. We don't want you stuck inviting a CFO once a quarter and paying full price.
- What's the founding-customer programme?
- First five anchor customers in the Kingdom get 50% off year one, money back if the agreed KPIs aren't hit in twelve months, and quarterly product-roadmap input. We're building NextEAM with you, not at you.
- What currency do you charge in?
- SAR for KSA customers, USD for international. We do not pass FX risk to KSA customers, your price is in SAR end-to-end.
- Are there setup fees?
- SaaS: no setup fee for Starter or Growth; Enterprise may include an architect-led implementation depending on scope. Dedicated Cloud has a one-time setup; On-Prem has implementation services.
- Can we migrate from Maximo / SAP EAM / Oracle later?
- Yes. Reference migration scripts exist for all three. See the comparison pages for the migration story per platform.
